Required Experience:
- Strong background in Guidewire Consulting / Advisory and Program / Engagement Management experience for large scale Guidewire Transformations
- Program Management experience with a technical background in design, development, enhancements, upgrade of Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Good background in Guidewire PC/CC configurations, customizations, third party integrations
- Experience of advising clients on Guidewire transformations, resolving critical challenges
- Ideally you will be able to demonstrate at least 2 complex implementations across multiple Guidewire suites mainly Claims, Digital Portals, Analytics
- Experience with GW Cloud or latest versions of Guidewire Claims module
- Demonstrable experience of working in a hybrid applications landscape with GW and integrating applications on Cloud and on-premise
- Experience and understanding of Edge API Framework and its integration with digital applications
- Proven track record of starting a new initiative and progressively creating buy-in with client senior management to expand footprint/team
- Ability to lead Guidewire sales pitches, solution creations, estimations and define tools / frameworks to enable a repeatable approach for Guidewire platform delivery
- Good experience and understanding of the Insurance value chain Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital Sales & Distribution, Underwriting
- Ability to collaborate with Wipro leadership, Sales Teams, Service lines and partners to develop accelerators, joint solution constructs and implement them at key clients
- Have the ability to work collaboratively, to include customers/colleagues and be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience on GW Cloud, migration, architecting cloud based solutions is highly desired
- Guidewire cloud certification is highly desired
