Customer Service Employee - German & Czech

Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. The company is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands. To improve their Packaging and Product Assembly (PPA) department the company is looking for a Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) with fluent German & Czech written and spoken. Also, verbal skills in English.

Tasks

• - First contact to customers
  - Informing customers about order status & proactive order follow up
  - Handling warranty, return and credit requests
  - Handling complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
  - Taking care of internal requests and all other incoming requests
  - Job duties can be including international transactions and requests

Requirements

• - Fluent German & Czech + basic English skills
  - Customer focused attitude
  - Good communication skills
  - Professional outcome and attitude towards customers
  - "Deliver on time attitude
  - Experience from customer service is an advantage
