Job Description:

• Together with plant engineers active in the social infrastructure field, we are promoting zero-to-zero product development.
• In particular, we combine deep knowledge, skills, and technology in specific areas, such as plant design and operation management support using algorithms, to build completely new types of products.

Among the above, we are looking for people who can play an active role as project managers to promote technology projects.

• Specifically, through planning, policy formulation, personnel management/allocation, work instructions, progress, problem management and resolution, collaboration with other teams (PdM, algorithm engineers, etc.), etc. We hope that you will contribute to product development and business development.

Qualifications:

• Those who have an obsession with changing the world
• Those who enjoy working on difficult tasks
• Project management or lead experience such as business applications
• Experience in actual work and management of a series of processes from client business requirements definition to testing, maintenance, and operation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in launching a new business
• Project management or leader experience at SI
• AI/IoT project experience
• Experience in the manufacturing or plant engineering industry
