Job Description:
- Collaborate with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps and opportunities
- Using a mobile-first mindset, create end-to-end experiences beginning with low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, visual designs, and documentation as needed throughout the design process to appropriately communicate the experience
- Continually explore the competitive landscape and trends within the financial service market
- Maintain a working knowledge of emerging user interface, interaction design standards and best practices
- Partner with technology partners to ensure technical feasibility and review implementation of the experience
- Ability to work within a design system
- Talent for presenting creative work, highlighting both the customer journey and design rationale
- Flexibility to iterate on experiences, negotiating feedback from collaborative partners in real time
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
