Job Description:

• Collaborate with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps and opportunities
• Using a mobile-first mindset, create end-to-end experiences beginning with low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, visual designs, and documentation as needed throughout the design process to appropriately communicate the experience
• Continually explore the competitive landscape and trends within the financial service market
• Maintain a working knowledge of emerging user interface, interaction design standards and best practices
• Partner with technology partners to ensure technical feasibility and review implementation of the experience
• Ability to work within a design system
• Talent for presenting creative work, highlighting both the customer journey and design rationale
• Flexibility to iterate on experiences, negotiating feedback from collaborative partners in real time
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong initiative and work ethic to meet critical project deadlines
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative creative environment
