Employers Pro Advantage Inc. a Native Alaskan Women owned sdb specializing in the placement of highly skilled professionals in Accounting, Finance, IT/MIS and Cleared Federal Government positions. Employers Pro Advantage Inc. has been in business since 1997 servicing New Mexico and the surrounding states with high results.
We are hiring for a Technical Support Representative I for a client in Albuquerque, NM - This is open to New Mexico, Florida, Colorado, Ohio, and Wisconsin residence only.
- Technical phone support 6-8 hours a day with call logging via ticketing system.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with computer software.
- Building and testing computer systems.
- Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
- Work with clients for maintenance and support.
- Comprehensive task and activity reporting.
- Windows OS and software application installs and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer hardware building and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
