Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Los Angeles CA

Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Job Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving complaints and providing information about our products and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls emails and chats in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with order placement tracking and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions ensuring data is entered into the system promptly.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with company products services policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
