Our nannies have close relationships with their nanny family as full-time or part-time childcare providers. You are well-paid and receive a comprehensive vacation package. As an independent, self-sufficient, and experience caregiver, you are instrumental to the family's sanity. Our nannies typically pride themselves on their caregiving skills. About Nanny Jobs
Being a nanny is more than just being a babysitter. Your job is to be engaging, educational, and highly reliable. Nannies are loving and caring go-getters with significant professional childcare experience. You are responsible for the safety of infants and toddlers. You will safely organize educational games and activities that stimulate their minds. In addition, we ask that you are highly independent and that you can make decisions on your own. Your childcare experience will direct you on how to respond to emergencies, encourage positive behaviors, and be a good leader.

In addition, while the kids are napping, you help take care of the household by cleaning and cooking. Each household asks for differing levels of assistance, but your primary focus is the children.

About Our Clients
Mom and dad are medical professionals who deeply care about people and offer a life-work balance. Admittedly, this can be hard to achieve at times, so they do their best to engage their kids in extracurricular activities in their free time. The parents hope their future nanny does the same. If you love yoga and biking, you'll pair well with the mom, a yoga fanatic! Dad likes fishing, playing with the kids, and taking their dog to the park. Our clients met in medical school and got married late in life, and they are so glad that they waited to meet their perfect mate! The parents describe themselves as best friends.

Lo is the parent's first child, an infant who recently turned 3-months-old. A giggly bundle of fun - this baby will have you laughing all day long during tummy time or while you snuggle in the rocking chair before a nap. Sleep training skills are essential to our clients. Former doulas and midwives are also welcome to apply, but it's not required. Professional infant experience is necessary. Please be open to infant SIDS training and to receiving your tdap vaccine. If you are familiar with infant sign language, that is a plus!

Schedule Type: Full-Time, 8am - 4pm
Pay: approximately $58,000 paid hourly
Location: North Saint Paul, MN, USA
Full-Time Benefits: paid time off for sick pay, 14 paid vacation days, healthcare stipend, and use of their vehicle

Childcare Jobs Requirements:
You are legally authorized to work in the United States or have equivalent U.S. work authorization.
You have at least a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Your car runs reliably, and your motor vehicle record (MVR) indicates you are a safe driver.
You have professional childcare experience working in a daycare, preschool, elementary school, or as a year-round nanny.

Nanny Jobs Preferences:
You may have attended college, majoring in early childhood education (ECE) or Childcare Development Associates (CDA).
You previously worked as a childcare provider full-time, year-round.
You might be certified in CPR/First Aid/SIDS/Water Safety, etc.
You will be successful if you are willing to support the pre-established schedule.
You have mastered age-appropriate developmental activities such as sleep training, introducing soft foods, and encouraging tummy time.
As a professional childcare provider, you are familiar with managing a household, including housekeeping (and some management) duties.
You might know Sign Language (at least for infants).
