Compliance Analyst - remote

Compliance Analyst For top tier global law firm.

**This position is fully remote.

This position is a key member of the Compliance Department and will promote the Firms culture of integrity and collaboration, by assisting with the development/implementation of the global compliance and business conduct program.

Responsibilities: Manage the day to day implementation and operation of the client due diligence process. Conduct client due diligence. Intake/respond to compliance inquiries. Assist with development of policies/procedures/training in compliance areas. Assist with development and enhancement of policy and procedure management. Collaborate with management and administration on program goals. Support compliance department risk assessment activities. Monitor/evaluate evolving regulatory and best practices landscape in the compliance and business conduct space. Conduct compliance and business conduct investigations as required. Partner with all appropriate administrative functions and practice groups to provide support on all compliance and business conduct activities, including new initiatives.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree is required.Substantive experience in compliance areas (AML, KYC, trade controls, anticorruption, human rights, third party risk management) required. Substantive experience with internal ethics and compliance investigations preferred. JD or certification (CCEP, CCEP-I, etc.) ideal. Must have five or more years of relevant experience working in ethics and compliance, risk, or other relevant administrative functions in a corporate, law firm, or operational management setting. Strong collaborative nature and ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels of a business.
