In This Role You ll:
Manage calls for donation processing and provide exceptional customer service.
Enter donor details accurately and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
Must be in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 years of Remote or Brick and Mortar Call Center Experience
1 years of Customer Service Experience
Strong communication skills and a reliable internet connection. (No Wifi or VPN)
Basic computer skills and flexibility in scheduling.
Must be able to speak with a pleasant tone and professionally
Must be able to read with a natural flow
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
