We represent our client that pioneer P2P lending for micro-entrepreneurs. They connect aspiring unbanked micro-entrepreneurs with lenders interested in making profitable, impactful investments. They also leverage technology to lower operating costs and reach geographically remote villages

Job Description :

• Will run several projects with a couple of programming languages
• decide which tool is best to be used for specific requirements
• debug, analyze and improve the existing systems with different engineering approaches.

Requirements :

At least 5 years of working experience as a backend engineer;

Having experience in Golang for at least 3 years;

Having experience at the same level;

Would like to have a career in non-managerial roles (individual contributor);

Broad knowledge of backend system implementation, proven by an extensive list of challenging projects using different technologies and having a lot of contribution to those projects;

Experienced in creating system design and making implementation based on the design;

Having experience in mentoring other engineers;

Candidate does not lead the team but needs to have strong technical skills;

Focusing on the technical side but not leading the team
