Our client requires skilled individuals to assist in the Claims department. resolving disputes on claims returns.
Individuals who have solid knowledge of Customer services and Cash processes are encouraged to apply promptly.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Ensure all dispute management cases are assigned correctly and incorrect assignments are rectified within the set timeline
Investigate validity of claims and retrieve required documentation from filling system to support validation of claims
Resolve valid claims within agreed timelines and escalate unresolved claims to the relevant individual for assistance
Decline invalid claims with the required written documentation
Ensure compliance to the Credit Returns Policy is adhered to in the performance of duties
Process monetary credits to adjust short credits
Ensure weekly filing of relevant documents and customer correspondence
Perform health checks on credits created to ensure all credits are billed and posted to the required accounts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable or Sales/Office Admin.
Matric
Computer literate MS Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediary level
Proficiency in using SAP
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Financial accounting standards
Strong decision making and judgement skills
REMUNERATION:
R7 500.00 PER MONTH.
