infacto is the overarching platform for efficient healthcare management for B2B and B2C customers. It enables smooth processes from booking a (COVID)-test to running criteria-based access controls and, furthermore, allows for an encompassing documentation of test and health records, all in one app!

Tasks
- You report directly to the CTO and, thus, find yourself at the core of the infacto organization
- You take the lead in embedding a culture of continuous improvement and champion values, methods, and processes that empower the development team to mature in terms of their capabilities
- You create a highly collaborative work environment where all team members are aligned across their work packages and enjoy working towards a common goal, making the whole greater than the sum of its parts
- You follow industry trends and competitive dynamics to help infacto best prioritize backlogs, sprints, and feature development, leveraging a variety of tools and techniques
- You promote agile work principles oriented around market needs and customer
feedback to render infacto the number one health-tech application in the industry
Requirements
- You studied business, computer science (or a comparable course of study) or completed
an apprenticeship in the mentioned fields - You have at least 2 years of professional experience working in teams that use agile and lean management methods (Kanban, Scrum, XP)
- You are experienced in working with software systems and applications, ideally in a multicultural start-up and/or health-tech environment
- Ideally, you hold a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
- You have worked with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence and have a sound understanding of software development
- You have excellent communication skills in English, ideally also in German
This position requires physical presence in Athens, Greece. Occasional remote work is possible.
