Responsible for Mobile solution(SDS EMM Knox platform Mobile security etc) and MX products (Smartphones Tablet PC Notebook) and services sales improvement by supporting and developing relationship with Large Accounts (Government and Corporate) in Greece and Balkan Countries(Bulgaria Serbia Slovenia)
Defining new market and growth strategies aligned with the overarching vision/mission of Samsung SDS Europe is an important part of this position. In this role you must be adept at developing robust business cases and advocating presenting and gaining senior level support for new business proposals with senior level executives both inside and outside of Samsung SDS Europe.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and / or exceed sales and profit targets in the mobile solution and MX Large Account channel.
- Retain longterm customer relationships with established enduser clients and generate demand from new prospects.
- Liaise between customers and company departments including marketing and product marketing presales and service to ensure the highest levels of service for named customers.
- Provide ongoing support to high value clients implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities with major accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and demand generation. Manage directly commercial negotiations and contracts ensuring correct delivery of SDS Solution MX projects products and customer service.
- Liaise with PreSales department to provide customers with technical expertise about features demos maintenance and customization of product and/or solutions.
- Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory.
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation.
- Constantly monitor sales volumes revenues and costs against forecasts.
- Provide strategic account management for partnerships (existing and new) balancing SDS Europes interests with partners business needs. Drive relationshipbuilding at multiple levels between partners and SDS Europe
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor/Master Degree preferably in Economics.
- Professional Background: minimum of 710 years exp in B2B Sales (Products and Solutions) preferred experience in Government Manufacturing Large Enterprise and Healthcare industries.
- Software Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
- Language Knowledge: Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
- Travel required 70% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
