Job description
Job Profile
Leadership Position having end to end responsibility for overall Service Delivery of Accounts Payable processes for a Large Oil & Gas Client.
Stakeholder Engagement and Management Be the Lead point of contact for the client and engage with critical Senior stakeholders.
Delivery: To drive a smooth process transition to Offshore Delivery Locations and ensure post Go Live Stabilization.
Process Performance: Responsible for management/reporting of SLAs/KPI
Drive Alignment of processes, people, technology & best practices thereby and enabling optimization, breaking silos, eliminating redundant methods and standardizing processes and Controls across the engagement.
Transformation: Present/Execute Transformation roadmap and influence stakeholders with plan as discussed with the HCL transformation team.
Knowledge Management: Responsible to Create/Lead the effort on Effective Knowledge management to ensure Seamless Service Delivery
Industry Best Practices: Implement industry best practices & benchmarking, and anticipate future state best practices and process trends
Instils and oversee a Governance Framework for the processes
Risk And Compliance responsible to ensure execution a robust Risk Framework to ensure compliance and manage risks
Required Profile/ Experience
Leadership Capability should have relevant leadership experience preferably in running large P2P or Finance operations and driving multiple enterprise level initiatives and Programs with High Business Impact.
Experience - Desired candidate should have around 18 years of Functional (including BPO experience) preferably in the Procure to Pay (P2P) domain.
Transformation- Should have led and delivered at least 1 mega Transformation Project across P2P landscape
Business Experience Exposure to Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations, Heavy Industries is preferred.
International BPO Exposure: Should have relevant experience working in BPO ecosystem working on international projects especially Americas
Cross Functional Expertise: Should have ability to work across teams and functions (Delivery, Sales, Pre- Sales, Transitions, HR, IT and Finance) to develop and execute plans
Customer Facing skills: Should be proficient in leading meetings/ presentations with customers and managing senior level escalations
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively manage stakeholders (Internal and External)
Education Requirement
Graduate / Post Graduate ( Preferably in Accounting / Finance) / CA/CPA/ACA/CIMA/ MBA or equivalent
