Job Description
We are seeking an Industrial Control Technician II to join our team! Youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems for Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking Systems in a fastpaced distribution environment. This role also involves preventive maintenance system upgrades and inventory management of spare parts to ensure minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical issues (e.g. AC/DC motors power supplies PLCs HMI).
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules for facility equipment.
- Lead system modifications and control upgrades for MHE and Automated Picking Systems.
- Maintain accurate repair logs using CMMS/EAM system.
MustHave Ss:
- 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance with a strong electrical background.
- Expertise in diagnosing electrical systems (up to 600 volts) PLC programming and control system components.
- Proficiency in reading CAD layouts IPB diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Working knowledge of communication networks (PROFIBUS CANBUS) and PLC troubleing.
