Summary of Job Description:

• The Data Analyst works closely with the team to uncover the custom analytics requirements and translates those business needs into technical terms for Integrated Solutions team members.
• The role also utilizes data mapping and statistical analysis techniques to uncover actionable data insights, and delivers custom analytics products to clients.
• Formal training or certification in data analytics, data science, and/or statistics are highly desired. 3-4 years' minimum experience in data analysis within the insurance industry required

Technical/Behavioral Competencies:

• Experience of P&C insurance industry required
• Knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis required
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical needs and vice-versa
• A high level of mathematical ability and proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL, Python, and R
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
• Problem-solving skills
