Position: Mandarin Recruitment Specialist Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off Industry: Pharmaceutical Company Salary: Php 80,000- Php 100,000 gross - Negotiable Work Setup: Hybrid Responsibilities: Lead and manage hiring activities. Manage performance and monitor completion of activities Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent-related processes Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods. Pre-select candidates based on CVs and phone screening and provide the hiring manager with the shortlist Establish and drive relationships with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs when required. Requirements: Bachelor Degree Holder; Preferably Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent At least 1-2 years experience in end to end Recruitment in the Shared Services environment Expert knowledge in the field of Recruitment, and Customer orientation Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional) and English language Ideally work experience in different HR roles Leadership experience is beneficial Recruitment Process: Initial Interview Language Assessment Final Interview Job Offer
