T&E Practice Development Manager

Prominent NJ based law firm with multiple regional offices seeks a Trust and Estate Practice Development Manager with 5 plus years of experience to join our Hackensack, New Jersey, New York or Boca Raton, Florida offices. Responsibilities include: Organization of and monitoring the status of estate planning clients, keeping track of when retainers are sent and received from clients, once retainer received knowing the assigned attorney and following the status of the drafting process, keeping track of when documents are forwarded to clients, and following up to ensure documents are executed. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree preferred.
