Job Title: Administrative Assistant/ Coordinator
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Orange County, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 02/17/2022
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM
Position Description
Administrative support:
- Assist with the clean-up of existing logs to make them more user friendly and sortable as needed.
- Update documents as needed.
- Assist with the creation of DocuSign.
- Manage electronic filing.
- Verification of data.
- Other supportive tasks as needed.
Skills Required
- Advance Word and Excel
- Adobe Acrobat
- Document manipulation (merging) and editing
- DocuSign (electronic signature)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Other duties as required
Skills Preferred
- Technical skills
- Monitoring the progress of an initiative/assignment against milestones or deadlines.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Compiling status reports and presenting information clearly, concisely, logically, both orally and in writing
- Working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience Required
5 years of progressive experience in an administrative role
Education Required
High Scholl Diploma or GED

Schedule is M-F. - This is an onsite position only. - Length of assignment is 90 day
