German Customer Support agent - e-finance

Tasks

In this position you will be working as a German-speaking customer service agent for one of our clients, who is a rapidly growing international company within e-finance.

Your job will consist of helping customers both by phone and mail with questions regarding invoices, billing requests, refunding and general support.

The most important task, however, is to give the customer a pleasant experience and a positive feeling. Just to be clear, you won't have to make sales.

Requirements

• Native or proficient level of German(C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
• Ability to evaluate customer complaints, assess alternatives, and make solid, consistent decisions and/or recommendations as required
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn and become proficient with internal programs and new software
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver

Relocation - Only for candidates coming from abroad. Local candidates do not get any reimbursement nor travel allowance. Option 1

One off payment of 600 upon arrival, in case the employee books his own flight and accommodation.

Option 2

Up to 200 for flight cost reimbursement, upon handing in flight receipt and Sitel Cyprus will provide accommodation for the first month.

Sitel will process the wire transfer to your bank account within one working week of your arrival in Cyprus. Depending on your own bank account it may take up to a week for you to receive the money.

Where Sitelprovides you with accommodation, we will deduct the cost of the accommodation from your relocation allowance. The minimum period of accommodation provided by the company is one month.

Should your employment contract with Sitel Cyprus be terminated prior to the completion of six months service for reasons you are accountable for, you will repay all those expenses paid to you for relocation expenses at a prorated amount over 6 months.See documents below for more details.
