Company Overview:
Join a growing team in Larnaca working on a leading digital banking project. We are seeking fluent Germanspeaking Customer Support Representatives to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues without any sales pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries from Germanspeaking customers via calls and chat.
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to the digital banking platform.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow all company procedures and data protection regulations.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve shared goals.
- Provide insights on customer issues to relevant departments.
Requirements:
- German Native or C2 level.
- English C1.
- Flexible and adaptable to shift work including weekends.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Comfortable with digital platforms and customer service tools.
What we offer:
Compensation:
- Starting Salary: 1350 euro gross per month (10.95% deductions for social security/taxes).
- After 6 Months: Salary increases to 1400 euro gross per month.
- Performance Bonus: up to 250 euro per month based on performance.
Working Hours and Shifts:
- Weekdays: Early shifts start at 09:00 latest shifts end at 23:00.
- Weekends: Earliest shift begins at 08:00 latest ends at 17:00.
- Weekend Requirement: Work 2 weekends per month either a full weekend or split shifts across two weeks.
- Bank Holidays: Additional day off or extra pay if working on local bank holidays.
Training and Support:
- Training: 7 days of full training (09:00 17:45) covering all aspects of the digital banking system.
- Nesting Phase: A 3day supervised nesting phase follows training to provide practical experience.
