Construction | Legal Counsel | Geneva & Remote | Temp. 4 months/Perm. | 80% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 140 000+

Tasks

• Negotiate, draft and review contracts with regards to real estate and project development
• Advise and support operative divisions in all construction law matters
• Function as point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
• Handle legal cases in construction, planning and real estate law
• Manage commercial contracting negotiations

Requirements

• Swiss bar admission
• Fluency in French, German and English
• Prior exposure to commercial contracting
• Demonstrated experience in real estate and construction law
• At least 5 years of PQE as attorney or corporate legal counsel
