Working Student - Global Logistics Operations (F/M/D)

The Opportunity

Can you imagine yourself in an innovative high-growth company in a role where you will gain first-hand experience in global logistics operations?
You will be well-equipped in this role to assist on a day-to-day basis the operational management of our global logistics processes and in turn play a crucial part in complementing our pace of growth. You will join as Working Student in the Business Team at NavVis, comprising Business Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management specialists. In this cross-functional role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with several stakeholders in different teams within the company - such as Sales, Order Management, Design & Engineering, etc. - as well as our customers.

How you will make an impact

• You will actively coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth logistic processes
• You will be responsible for organizing and executing global logistics, including the import and export of our product
• You will support the team in various important administrative tasks, which will enable you to keep track of ongoing shipments
• You will be enabled to become the point of contact for Logistics-related topics within NavVis

What will help you succeed in the role

• You are currently enrolled in a German university and studying Logistics, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field. Prior experience in an Operations role and experience with using MS Dynamics, SAP and Jira is a plus!
• Exceptional communication skills for internal and external communication and coordination with different stakeholders
• Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills will enable you to handle your day-to-day tasks
• The ability to proactively identify problem areas and mobilize the relevant people to resolve possible issues
• You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language. German skills are a plus!
