We are currently looking for a talented, energetic and motivated Sales Executive who would act as a Brand Ambassador of our personalized approach and Babel DNA while helping us expanding as a business. You will be reporting to our Founding Director and you will have the opportunity to truly make an impact in the company s growth.
Tasks
- Find, prospect, open and manage new accounts with the objective of developing long-lasting relationships
- Actively build a client network of your own, reaching out to businesses daily and identifying areas Babel Profiles can offer value
- Organize first calls and meetings both f2f and via video with potential clients and follow up on all inquiries acting as a referral all along the process
- Engage with the HR audience or business leaders and spread brand awareness around Spain (mainly in big cities)
- Act as an escalation point in case there are issues in the initial phases of the process
- Work side-by-side with the recruitment team to ensure clients' satisfaction
- Provide creative ideas and innovative solutions to build a solid commercial strategy and processes
- Accurately manage and update the ATS
Requirements
- University degree or the equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (previous exposure in the consultancy business will be valued)
- Creative engaging multichannel approach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video, etc.)
- A sales-minded attitude, with a hands-on style of work
- Out-of-the-box way of thinking
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills to cater to an international clientele and colleagues and establish effective relationships
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills to deliver an exceptional work ethic while meeting monthly targets
