Tasks

As a Collections Specialist you will be responsible for:

Minimizing bad debt risk and maximizing accounts receivable collections for the USA market
Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
Conducting collection calls
Ensuring mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of overdue receivables
Negotiating customer disputes to resolution and documents root cause
Maintaining accurate collection files
Reviewing and monitor assigned accounts
Providing timely followup on payment arrangements

Requirements

Youre the person were looking for if:

You have at least 23 years of experience in Collections
You have at least a C1 level of English
You have experience with Excel and at least one ERP
You have an effective business writing and professional communication skills
You have good problemsolving and negotiation skills
Youre detail oriented organized and proactive
Youre highly collaborative
Youre willing to work from 17:00 to 2:00 OR from 14:00 to 23:00 (in order to support the USA market)
