Costing & Budgeting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within own area is carried out in manner consistent with operating procedures and policy.
• Ensure the conformity of data so that if meets the requirements of external representatives, external auditors and partner company representatives
• Supervise the work of subordinates by using setting of individual objectives and feedback of performance versus objectives to maximize levels of individual performance.
• Develop a thorough and appreciation of the cost accounting policy, procedures and practices in the organization in order to be fully competent to undertake own role.
• Maintain cost accounting files and information in a way that allows ease of retrieval of information and reports.
