Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Warehouse Manager has to oversee the operations of our warehouse that stores and distributes raw material & finish products.

Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the products managing the inventory and logistics and supervising the warehouse staff.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the receiving raw metrical packing material and finished products according to quality standards and customer orders
  
• Monitor and maintain the temperature humidity and sanitation of the warehouse and the products
  
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices
  
• Manage the inventory of the products using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other system
  
• Optimize the warehouse layout workflow and utilization of space and equipment.
  
• Supervise train and evaluate the warehouse staff and ensure their safety and productivity.
  
• Prepare and analyze warehouse reports and metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales purchasing production and quality assurance.
  

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in logistics supply chain management business administration or related field
  
• 5 years of experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor in the food industry.
  
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes food safety regulations and standards inventory management and logistics
  
• Proficient in using warehouse management system (WMS) or other system to track and analyze warehouse performance.
  
• Excellent communication leadership problemsolving and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Physical ability to lift move and handle food products.
