Our CARIFY Entrepreneurship Program (CEP) provides a kickstart into the startup world for performance-driven startup enthusiasts who bring a kick-ass mentality and crave hands-on experience in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Tasks

Cool, so what's the deal?

• We offer you a 12-months kickstart into the startup world where you have a fast learning path. You'll be equipped with skills that are indispensable in today's fast-moving world.
• You actively help us shape CARIFY and contribute to two different teams (Operations & Business Development), each for 6 months. You will face a variety of different tasks, challenges, and projects.
• You dive into the transformative mobility industry and engage with driven team members and inspiring entrepreneurs. We drive different!

We are looking for high-performing individuals who have a strong interest in entrepreneurship and the startup environment. You should ...

• be eager to build and scale a startup
• have an entrepreneurial mindset & solution-oriented thinking
• be passionate about winning in a competitive market and have the ambition to create the best service for our customers
• have a kick-ass mentality and be capable of taking responsibility in a hands-on manner
• have excellent communication skills
• German-speaker and proficiency in English; French or Italian are a plus
