Marketing Manager

Lalafo is venture capital funded and has been operating for 7 years in Central Asia, Ukraine, Serbia and now in Poland. Lalafo is a winner of the Noah Startup Competition in Berlin. Lalafo plate can be found on the wall of fame of Ukrainian startups by Lift99 Kyiv Hub.

Our product is a marketplace lalafopl that helps people declutter in an easy way.

People send their second hand products to lalafo, our Poznan warehouse team takes photos, packages each product individually, describes and categories them and lists them on lalafopl.

In May 2022 lalafopl launched in Poland. The service is now completely free.

Tasks

attracting users to the platform (direct (through cooperation with the PPC manager) and indirect performance channels;

conducting local marketing initiatives to promote the service (outdoor, TV, radio, partnership, etc.);

PR;

promotion through opinion leaders;

creating content for social networks (with the help of a marketing specialist in the team);

creation of necessary marketing materials;

conducting negotiations with possible partners about cooperation;

cooperation with agencies if necessary.

Requirements

2+ years experience in marketing;

experience in e-commerce will be an advantage;

understanding and preferably experience with offline channels (outdoor, radio, TV, etc.), PR;

public speaking experience;

negotiations experience;

basic skills in SMM;

English - upper intermediate. Polish - upper intermediate/native.
