Position Overview
The Recruiter, Specialist is primarily responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting from source to hire. This includes creative sourcing techniques, screening, researching, interviewing, and referring qualified job candidates for job openings.
Responsibilities
Source, qualify and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fit.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
Responsible for generating leads and a strong candidate pool to increase talent database
Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent candidates to the hiring managers
Oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring managersResponsible for overseeing and facilitating a smooth internal promotions hiring process
Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
Responsible for reports maintenance
Recommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the organization.
Reviews applications and screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Refers candidates to hiring managers for further interview and screening processes.
Confers with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Effectively manages his or her respective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively deliver short-term and long-term business requirements.
Recommends recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings while providing information on company facilities and interviewing process.
Writes and places job advertising in various media.
Coordinates internal job posting program based on requisitions received in accordance with company guidelines.
Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job and career fairs.
Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Create various ad hoc reports as agreed with the immediate manager to track various recruiting activities.
Represents Insight in a professional and business-like manner and communicates effectively with Insight associates, candidates, and their customers.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field, from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and HR related experience
At least 2-3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment/multinational company
Experience gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent BPO/Call center positions is an advantage
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Experience in volume hiring is a must. Hiring for technical roles is a plus
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to deliver hiring results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage a consistent required load, spanning multiple business units and geographic locations
Ability to communicate effectively and partner with the hiring managers and other managers as deemed appropriate
Ability to work on several projects at the same time
