RF Engineer III

Description:

5+ years as a Microwave Engineer or related position. Must have solid and hands-on experience in Microwave design. Must have in-deep knowledge of Microwave operation, performance and link capacity. Has flexibility in managing their workflow on a daily basis. They need to use their discretion on how much time to spend on a task based on the priority set by management. Must have the ability to interface with cross-functional team members to gain the support required to accomplish their assignments.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Solid understanding of microwave link budget, microwave design tools and equipment/BOMs. Experience with PCN filing and LOS survey review. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills. Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure. Education and Experience: BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent technical degree; or equivalent work experience required


- Role will support Microwave engineering, Development, Operation, West Region 15 markets
- Onsite worker will be preferred but remote is ok
- Extension possible
