You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDuties: This role is 100% remote US or Canada This is a highly visible position within the organization responsible for owning the endtoend management and execution of our internal offsites events global communitybuilding initiatives and driving a sense of community and inclusion for all employees in the Customer Identity Product Unit.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a demonstrated history of building driving and executing inperson and virtual events. We seek an events program manager with acute attention to detail collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
What youll be doing
Drive manage and execute our event portfolio including our annual inperson offsite community meetups and other offsites
Manage all aspects of each event including sourcing event planning agenda development event flow event communications registration budget tracking tooling staffing onsite execution event followup and reporting etc.
Define implement and iterate virtual and inperson strategies to maintain and enhance new and existing community engagement initiatives fostering a sense of inclusion and effectiveness among employees
Write all attendeefacing communications including registration site copy comprehensive FAQs announcements and Know Before You Go presentations
Build comprehensive project plans conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners and stakeholders escalate risks and challenges appropriately and ensure events are highly impactful to our community of employees
Establish and drive collaborative working groups to enable programs and key strategies
Provide insights based on data analysis including attendee feedback goal attainment opportunities and recommendations to improve and scale future events and programs
Establish repeatable and iterative processes to scale programs and events
Drive operational excellence in the execution and program management of all events and programs
Partner closely with other event leaders and business leaders to ensure crossfunctional alignment on event goals and target outcomes
Establish a strategy to successfully embed sustainability and community giveback initiatives into existing and future programs
