We are looking for an experienced, analytical Head of Growth with a growth-hacking mindset to accelerate adoption of our unique, exciting and world-first product: DIY sticker albums and collectible experiences for any event or community. Working closely with CEO and CTO, you ll take over our marketing efforts and lead a young, highly motived team.
In 2022, we laid a foundation for traffic acquisition: We ve built landing pages, began writing SEO blog posts, acquired our first affiliate partners and started advertising on social media platforms. We re now getting a steady stream of clicks onto our websites and made our first 100+ sales. As Head of Growth, you ll be focussing on scaling it up: You ll be responsible for getting as many marketing qualified leads into our funnel while maintaining a steady CPL across owned, earned and paid channels.
Tasks
- Generate qualified leads for our web app (users creating an album)
- To achieve this, you ll take over the strategic and operational leadership of our marketing team a friendly bunch of content people, performance marketeers, engineers and designers
- You ll design and monitor campaigns and experiments across audiences (from b2b to wedding couples) and lead execution, working closely with our domain experts
- Shape our acquisition initiatives and channel/content mix by systematically identifying and prioritizing options based on potential impact
- Use data to drive strategic decisions
- Bring together product, design and engineering to build a high performing growth-machine
- Get help when you need it: Work with our in-house creatives or external agencies to improve on the creative and brand side of things
Requirements
- You have a few (or many) years of experience as Head of Marketing / CMO or in a Senior (Performance) Marketing position ideally in a startup or go-to-market environment
- You have successfully scaled market share of a product, ideally working with a digital, self service funnel
- You love data and have strong analytical skills; you like to crunch numbers, have a statistical approach to marketing and a scientific toolset (build-measure-learn)
- You are an expert in campaign tracking. You ve seen different martech tools and know which ones you will use and why
- You are able to identify the most important metrics and value-moments of a funnel
- You have experience in leading and growing teams
- You re able to quickly switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- You re willing to take on quantifiable responsibility of our marketing performance
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and want to grow with us
- Fluent in german or english (or both!)
