Founded in 2021 with 10+ employees, Hivebuy is a process optimization solution for small and medium-sized companies that supports them in budgeting, requesting, and ordering articles and services for their business while benefiting from better purchasing conditions.

We re looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager that reports to the VP Sales in Germany, preferably Berlin.
Responsibilities:
- Grow a strong sales pipeline
- Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit targets on a monthly basis
- Email, Linkedin, social, phone to you doesn't matter the channel, you are a top performer and are comfortable with any channel that helps you to over achieve your targets
- Qualify, arrange demos & close inbound & outbound leads
- Work closely with VP of Sales as well as with customer success team
- Leverage top sales tools & support defining the sales stack that will help the sales team to deliver great results
- You have your eyes and ears on the market, your knowledge is important to support Hivebuy in order to keep up with market demands
- Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
- Great communication skills, not afraid to talk to an audience
- Consistent history of crushing quota
- Experience in all the levels of the sales funnel from cold calling to signature
- Great interest in tech companies, SaaS, fintech
- Native level German and fluent English spoken & written, additional languages are always welcome
