Content Project Lead

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Content Project Leadfor a global game development company with more than 1 billion downloads. The company specialises in developing casual games played by millions of users daily.

What you will do:

• Supervise performance of content creation teams
  
• Set up efficient content delivery processes with content teams and product managers
  
• Work closely with Product Managers and Analysts to constantly improve the content's quality
  
• As a Project Manager, provide content delivery on time and communicate with stakeholders to ensure high quality of deliverables

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Game Designer and a Project Manager experience
• Team leadership experience (min 5 team members)
• Data-driven mindset, knowledge of basic game product metrics
• Strong understanding of game content creation processes
• Fluent Russian language, English C1 or higher
