Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Content Project Leadfor a global game development company with more than 1 billion downloads. The company specialises in developing casual games played by millions of users daily.
Relocation is possible.
What you will do:
- Supervise performance of content creation teams
- Set up efficient content delivery processes with content teams and product managers
- Work closely with Product Managers and Analysts to constantly improve the content's quality
- As a Project Manager, provide content delivery on time and communicate with stakeholders to ensure high quality of deliverables
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Game Designer and a Project Manager experience
- Team leadership experience (min 5 team members)
- Data-driven mindset, knowledge of basic game product metrics
- Strong understanding of game content creation processes
- Fluent Russian language, English C1 or higher
