- Experience in creating and maintaining design system & standards
- Experience building and managing mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design to users, business, developers and other stakeholders
- Experience in validating designs usability heuristics and standards, conduct usability testing
- Experience in working in an Agile environment (Scrum)
- Working with the business and users to understand goals
- Performing Contextual / Ethnographic Interviews
- Work with BA to decompose designs into stories
