a few simple steps.

through our state-of-the-art, yet simple platform. Our system enables our members to spend
less time on scheduling appointments and more time connecting with their people who can
help.

Who we are looking for:
A visionary and ambitious thinker who can empathize with users and advocate on their behalf to
deliver an amazing product experience. This product manager role is for someone who can
produce effective and creative solutions, but also has technical and operational acumen. They
should also be a top-tier communicator who is able to translate between business and technical
needs and able to align stakeholders effectively. You should possess a proven track record of
successful product and feature launches.
The ideal candidate understands both ideation and execution. They are willing to tackle
challenges head-on; comfortable with rolling up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to make
sure users have a smooth, effortless journey throughout the product lifecycle. Must be in the
New York City area (or willing to relocate).
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end strategy and feature development while partnering cross functionally to design, execute, and deliver a best-in-class experience using market data,
good design, customer feedback, in-app data, strategy, and intuition
The product manager will report to the CEO, while working closely with the other
members of Product (currently two amazing people)
Demonstrate a mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, verbal agility, and
diplomacy which allows you to rapidly earn the trust of the organization
Own the delivery of OKRs, define KPIs and their drivers, while meeting SLAs
Build business cases and measure the impact of your product innovation with powerful
analytics tools.
A/B test iterations of products and features
Monitor insights to optimize the product experience by creating a feedback loop that
reiterates the product on a continuous basis. The product manager, with our insights and
design partners, will be deeply attuned with evolving customer perceptions of the
product, risks and opportunities, and needs of our customers.
Develop the vision for our products, working with the executive team and senior product
& engineering leadership to help define product, design & brand strategy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Passion for improving access to mental health
Bachelor s Degree (preferably in a technical field); or equivalent work experience
Strong preference for experience building patient consumer facing products in
experience in healthcare, technology and/or a high growth startup.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent product sense: understanding what makes a product or experience better and
what makes it great
We d like to hear from you if you have the following:
Understanding of aesthetics and the role of visuals to stimulate customer engagement
Ability to be both a creative thinker and to execute on those ideas.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: great memos and presentations
are extremely important you will write and speak a lot!
Experience and capability of growing and building teams starting from zero to deliver
product and business value quickly
Capability of building product roadmaps using an analytical approach such as NPV (Net
Present Value) and COD (Cost of Delay)
Ability to effectively marketing solutions to success with an eye on key adoption metrics
and outcomes
Experience motivating and empowering members, healthcare professionals, and
business partners by implementing a constant feedback framework to power new
product initiatives
Not necessary but helpful bonus points for exposure and/or experience with agile methodology
and our stack:

Frontend: React, WordPress, TypeScript, Sass
Product Tools: Heap, Jira, Figma, LaunchDarkly, Iterable, Slack
