- Drive and deliver Human Capital/People transformation programmes with a focus on culture change, ways of working and change management
- Ability to assess business strategy, operating model structures, procedures, processes etc. to inform the development of effective Organisational transformation programmes
- Engage effectively with Executive and Senior level clients to drive understanding and alignment
- Facilitate and deliver culture transformation programmes/projects
- Analyse current culture and collaborate with leadership/snr consultant to develop a culture transformation programme
- Deliver change management approach utilizing change models
- Conduct change impact assessment
- Prepare change management plan
- Deliver new ways of working approach and initiatives to drive future of work aspirations
- Design and lead / support facilitation of engagement sessions
- Assist with service offering development
- Understand organizational design and assisted with the development and implementation of new structures and job architecture
Requirements
- 3-5 years Management Consulting Experience (with consulting firm)
- 3 years Organisational Development Experience
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Basic facilitation skills and experience
