A Chinese commodity trading company is looking for qualified individuals to join our team as part of our growing business needs.
Job Description
To provide office administration support including reception duties
Maintenance of proper filing and control system
Obtain internal approval via system (OA system)
Payment arrangement via system (Oracle)
Collation and checking of monthly claims and submission to HQ
Handle travel arrangements (i.e. flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications, etc)
IT management support (liaise with 3rd party vendor)
Oversees fixed assets (issuing, filing and recording)
Close liaison with Corporate Secretary on all company corporate matters
Regular coordination with HQ-China
Regional coordination with overseas colleagues based in various subsidiary
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
GCE O / A level / NITEC / HNITEC / Diploma/Degree in Business studies or related courses
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Knowledge in MS Office, Oracle and or other system applications
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous and analytical
Independent with initiative and proactive with good problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication in English and able to converse in Mandarin to internal staff (HQ in China)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
