Job Description

Job ID: JVK C(A50)
Job Position: Sales Executive & Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Industry: Air conditioning services repairs installation and aircon maintenance
Salary Package: SGD3KSGD3.5K
Working Location: UbiSingapore
Working Days: 5.5days
Working Hour: 8.30AM to 5.30PM for Mon to Fri 8.30AM to 12.30PM for Sat
Benefits: having own vehicle will be added advantage Car
allowance will be separated. Up to 1.2k per month

Job Scope:
Meeting with Management Team Weekly to present accurate Sales reports.
Conduct Site Survey with Technical Team to assess customers air conditioning needs.
Preparing quotes based on the site survey.
Actively seeking new business opportunities for air conditioning products.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns with the product and service.
Building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Communicating with installers and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer information.
Obtain all licensing required to perform job function as applicable.
Obtain manufacturers certifications required to perform job function as applicable.

Form accurate and complete sales proposals
Help facilitate postsale transitions with installation managers and installers.
Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure.
Followup with existing sales bids and leads.
Maintain customer information updated in the CRM Program
Participate in training on the latest industry technologies.
Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs.
Read architectural and mechanical drawings and determine proper HVAC locations for new construction
and remodel projects.
Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy competitive differentiation selling skills etc.
Complete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management.
Develop and maintain vendor relations.


Requirements:

Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism.

Must prospect for sales and sales conversions.
Must comply with all operating policies procedures executed Plans and Programs.
Must have demonstrated ability to perform basic business mathematical functions.
Must work with minimal supervision.


High school Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of sales experience required.
Customer Service experience
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning refrigeration and HVAC
Reliable and selfmotivated
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work after hours over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
