Deputy Manager / Manager PMO
Location : BKC Mumbai & Bangalore
Qualification: graduate /post graduate
Experience- 10 to 14 years of experience Minimum 5 years in PMO

JD:
1. The incumbent would be part of the Service Delivery PMO team and the primary responsibility will be to process the jobs/work allocated to him/her.
2. The Incumbent will plan, lead, and oversee all MIS operations, technology/transformation initiatives, and services in scope. Consult with department heads and upper-level management to understand computing needs, recommending and implementing hardware, software, applications, and services to meet these needs
3. The incumbent will design and maintain all project internal and external databases and work with other program and technical staff to ensure that information needs are met.
4. The incumbent will use various tools to complete a transaction and ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
5. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service
6. Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
7. Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed
8. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
9. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
10. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
11. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
12. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
13. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
14. Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
15. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
16. Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer/internal issues related to MIS
17. Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the business issues at hand
18. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements
19. Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
20. Manage and lead a team of PMO Officer(s) and MIS Executive(s)
21. Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with Internal Delivery leads, management and customers
22. Adhering To Company Policies, Rules And Regulations
23. Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc. On Process
24. Adhering to Work Timings, Leave Schedules for self and direct reportees
