Work as a point of contact for any matters specific to accounts
Manage clients campaigns and proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction/retention
Communicate and create monthly reports and QBR decks to clients regarding the strategy and ongoing success of campaigns
Manage the performance of accounts,ensuring we are on track to deliver, and identifying any issues
Manage the day to day running of accounts, including managing activity, performance, and task allocation
Develop and maintain close and productive client relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities for existing clients
Regularly interact with clients on Campaigns activity and ongoing performance through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
Work with clients to set KPIs for campaigns and ensuring performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements
Create monthly reports,QBR decks, and ad-hoc performance analysis and ensure they are shared and communicated well to the client
Lead client meetings including client calls, monthly meetings, and QBRs
Act as a point of contact for all the assigned accounts as well as escalating any performance issues to the Team Lead and/or Management
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the financial status of accounts always
Communicate any campaigns or client updates to all those working on the account
Build relationships with clients and becoming rooted in their business so we grow with them
Prepare and create performance analysis reports and making recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization as well as compiling and analysing data to find trends and best practices to identify opportunities for the campaigns
Educate and keep clients in the loop on our strategies and tactics
Keep your finger on the pulse to identify opportunities within digital marketing for the benefit of both company and our clients
Hit KPIs and objectives related to your accounts and other area
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Support team and all company members by sharing knowledge that can increase skills or job performance on a daily basis
Take action to support all new members with ongoing training on skills, organisation s processes and tools
Actively create training materials where there may be gaps and work with management to increase team upskilling
Actively share ideas and innovations publicly that could be implemented to increase team efficiency and productivity
Support and promote company-level goals and objectives
Maintain confidentiality of company processes
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in client servicing and leading teams
Marketing agency background or startups would be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Proven track record in retaining and upselling client to bigger deals
Excellent analytical skills in dealing with data and reports
