How You'll Make an Impact:
Sales Hunters researches hundreds of data points a day creating precise lists for client outreach through campaigns utilizing voice, email and LinkedIn. The viability and administration of this data is an essential part of our success, so the right team member should have the ability to:
Manage a research team and ensure high data integrity
Understand data structures and ensure all data is collected in a processed in a consistent and structured manner
Administer the data accordingly to ensure the campaigns through various tools are executed precisely and on a timely basis
Assist to the management team on a daily basis on trouble-shooting techical and software errors and problems
The primary roles of this position are:
Manage marketing and sales data for both the Sales Hunters Team and clients
Expertise in the administration of data research lists and sequences through various outreach and CRM tools
Using industry recognized tools (see point 4,) execute mission critical outreach campaigns
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are executed and accurate
Administer critical data applications and tools
A thorough understanding of how to structure data to optimize its effectiveness for various platforms and campaigns
Training will be provided, however experience in managing volume data environments is essential. The team member should be able to hit the ground running.
What You Should Have to Excel in the Role:
You should have a thorough understanding of at least one but preferably several of the following platforms:
Salesforce
HubSpot
SharpSpring
Zoho
Frontspin
Expert skills in the use of Google Sheets and Excel
Bonus Points for These Skills:
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Professional communication skills both verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Sharpspring, etc.) and Google Business tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets etc)
Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom etc
Other requirements:
Candidates must be willing to work on US EST
Access to a computer and fast stable internet is essential
