ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Director to join our growing Americas team. As an Enterprise AD at Talon.One, you will be responsible for landing net new revenue and expanding relationships within your customer accounts throughout all of the Americas. You will be motivated, passionate, and opportunistic. You will be a proactive and curious member of the Enterprise sales team, identifying growth opportunities for clients before they identify a need or gap for themselves.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Can develop relationships and new sales opportunities for Talon.One throughout the Americas
  • Has a rolodex of e-commerce & retail B2C brands to get conversations started.
  • Efficiently capitalize on some of the great Enterprise inbound leads we receive.
  • Manages complete and complex sales cycles, often presenting to C-level executives, from first contact to signature.
  • Evangelize Talon.One s vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Forecast accurately and support in identifying potential sales targets and expansion opportunities in new markets.
  • Expresses great knowledge of our product and curiosity for its relation to the prospects challenges, goals, marketing stack, and technical setup.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, selling XaaS-solutions or APIs to enterprise companies. Previous experience in e-commerce or B2C marketing is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding & exceptional communication and social skills internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to be strategic as well as hands-on.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
