Senior DevOps Engineer - Docker/Linux (8469)

For a project at our client s site (home office possible within Switzerland), an international insurance in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated Senior DevOps Engineer - Docker/Linux.

Tasks

• Implement automation (CI/CD processes) using AzureDevOps
• Responsible for the infrastructure provisioning, configuration, build and application deployment for a set of Docker/Python applications on Linux
• Operational support including application monitoring and troubleshooting
• Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability
• Work collaboratively with the IT Operations team
• Work collaboratively in architecting/developing solutions with the development team
• Working and supporting the team of very skilled numerical programmers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience in code deployment frameworks such as Ansible or SaltStack
• Strong skills in Docker and Linux with experience in Terraform, Kubernetes
• Solid understanding and working experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud providers
• In-depth knowledge of Git and DevOps standards and Agile principles
• Excellent communications with a structured and independent way of work
• Fluent in English, German and French is a Plus
