Transportation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Create/ implement / Review Transportation plan and procedures in coordination with WF department to assure maximum cost saving and employee safety.
• Be sure that all terms at the contract are applied
• Follow up and responsible for (Attendance – appearance – attitude,..etc.) from Majorel side
• Coordinate daily routine checklists and maintenance activities on transportation vehicles.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time as agreed with transportation provider.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
• Assuring that transportation vehicles are meeting company’s HSE requirements
• Report any observations and abnormalities.
