Head of MMEA ASP Mgt

Responsibilities:

• Act as a demand organization towards sourcing to make sure the selected subcontractor comply to Ericsson requirements in terms of competence, capacity, EHS and delivery capability
• Collect and supervise all ASP performance Quality Indicators (QI) as they pertain to the deliveries performed on behalf of the local organization.
• Ensure that appropriate ASP performance follow-up is performed and is responsible for driving ASP delivery improvements.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting on suppliers.
• Contract Execution including tracking of service credits.
• Provide support towards Sourcing in: Supplier identification and evaluation, Supplier selection, strategy formulation
• Contract Execution & Performance Evaluation
• Supervise the EHS performance on team level
• Introduce new ASP's and certify them through Ericsson process.
• Advise ASPs in accordance with Ericsson product updates.
• Quality assurance of service delivery processes, procedures and methods considering standard methodologies and KPI definitions for ASP's.
• Be responsible for making sure that ASP teams have all the required training and qualifications
• Collecting and maintaining a forecast for all ASP activities related to Roll-out.
• Assess and provide clear reports on ASP capacity regarding their committed number of crews to Ericsson versus agreed run-rate.
• Coordinate with ASPs on Demand requirement and planning in coordination with CPMs.
• Provide ASPs with running forecasts during performance evaluations.
• Implement the EHS requirements directives and processes conveyed by the MMEA EHS organization
• Evaluate ASPs with respect to reports provided by Health & Safety management.
• Ensure appropriate action taken where violations occur.
