- Check the systems and find out if there are any malfunctions.
- Execute work and operational orders as planned and documented.
- Identify and anticipate problems or service unavailability at early stage and report directly to managers and supervisors.
- Keep a record of customer orders and their progress until closing.
- Manage the platform environment in terms of start-up and termination, completion of daily procedures and operations.
- Monitor systems which are operating in the current environment and report any alarms or incidents according to operational procedures.
- Customer Support (First Line).
- Provide the main point of contact with clients.
- Solve minor problems that have clear and documented repair procedures.
- Respond to clients and supervisors in addition to reporting the status of operating systems, services and applications.
- Provide reports, records, and performance information to the managers and supervisors.
- Conduct the performance and ability test.
- Provide documented records, accident and breakdown reports.
- Design information security at the business level.
- Manage network security systems and the software and hardware they contain (Firewalls).
- Maintain information and internet protection.
- Protect different types of networks and methods of connection.
- Protect applications, databases and websites.
- Protect access, control devices and infrastructure.
- Conduct information security audit.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent Information and computer systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security.
- Hold professional certificate in cyber security such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, RHCE, CNP CEH, GSEC security.
- Experience in preparing security incident reviews and investigations.
- Experience with database platforms such as: MSSQL/ MSSQL.
- Operational experience with various technical security operations including encryption.
- Good experience with various software systems, including anti-spyware and anti-virus systems.
- Has problem solving and data analysis skills.
